Our farrier-shop.com website is a good way to place an order if you are happy using a computer.

Yes, we also regularly take orders from farriers, horse owners, vets and saddleries via text message (SMS) on + 6421555213. Texting orders suits us just fine!

Warehouse

Our warehouse is located in Yaldhurst, Christchurch, New Zealand and a number of local farriers drop in each day to collect goods when they're passing. We're usually open during regular hours Monday to Friday or by arrangement outside of these times.

Shipping and delivery

We use a combination of carefully selected couriers, shipping agents and freight companies. Most orders for instock items are despatched the same working when received before 5pm (NZ) on working days.

Delivery targets for within New Zealand are next business day for most items to the main centres following despatch. Rural addresses or bulky items sometimes take an extra day or two.

International orders vary depending on your location and goods ordered.

We ship within New Zealand, to Australia and other international locations on a daily basis.

Upgraded shipping

For urgent NZ orders, we recommend our Gold Class shipping upgrade so we can prioritise the goods out of our warehouse and also add extra packaging to help increase the chance of your goods arriving in once piece and undamaged.
